Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app. Go to the Account tab and tap "Delete Account." Your account and all associated data will be removed immediately.
Already uninstalled the app?
Send an email to with the subject line "Delete My Account." Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account. Deletion via email is typically completed within 7 business days.
What happens when your account is deleted:
Your email address and login credentials are permanently removed.
Your votes, reviews, check-ins, and issue reports are permanently deleted.
Any bathroom submissions you made are permanently deleted.
Any photos you uploaded are permanently removed from our servers.
No data is retained after deletion.
