The Flush 50 ("we," "our," or "us") operates The Flush 50 mobile application for Android and iOS. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app, you also agree to the Terms of Use outlined at the bottom of this page.

Information We Collect

Anonymous account -- when you first open the app, an anonymous account is created automatically so you can vote on bathroom rankings. No personal information is required for this.

Email address and password -- when you create an account to submit bathrooms, apply as a reviewer, or leave reviews.

Location data -- only when you grant permission to show your location on the map or find nearby bathrooms. We access your device's GPS temporarily. We do not store or track your location.

User-generated content -- votes, reviews, check-ins, issue reports, and bathroom submissions you choose to post.

Photos -- only if you choose to upload bathroom photos. Images are stored securely via Supabase Storage.

How We Use Your Information

To provide app functionality (voting, reviews, submissions, check-ins)

To sort bathrooms by distance when you request it

To display your location on the map when you grant permission

To moderate content and resolve reported issues

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not serve ads.

We do not track your location in the background.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Third-Party Services

Supabase (authentication and database)

Google Maps (map display on Android)

Apple Maps (map display on iOS)

These services may collect anonymous usage data according to their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can stop using the app at any time.

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by tapping "Delete Account" in your profile. If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request deletion by emailing sun@youmightfindit.com.

Children's Privacy

The Flush 50 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

By using The Flush 50, you agree to the following:

You will not upload photos or content that are obscene, offensive, or unrelated to public bathrooms.

You will not submit false reports, spam votes, or otherwise misuse community features.

Photos you upload may be reviewed before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

The Flush 50 is provided as-is. Bathroom availability, hours, and conditions may change without notice. We are not responsible for inaccurate listings.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
