The Flush 50 ("we," "our," or "us") operates The Flush 50 mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

- Email address and password — when you create an account to vote, submit bathrooms, or leave reviews.

- Location data — only when you tap "Find closest bathroom." We access your device's GPS temporarily to calculate distance. We do not store or track your location.

- User-generated content — votes, reviews, check-ins, issue reports, and bathroom submissions you choose to post.

- Photos — only if you choose to upload bathroom photos. Images are stored securely via Supabase Storage.

How We Use Your Information

- To provide app functionality (voting, reviews, submissions, check-ins)

- To sort bathrooms by distance when you request it

- To moderate content and resolve reported issues

What We Don't Do

- We do not sell your data to third parties.

- We do not serve ads.

- We do not track your location in the background.

- We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Your Rights

- You can stop using the app at any time.

- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

The Flush 50 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
